Our housing department is led by Paul Gilbert, a partner of the firm, with over 15 years experience in providing advice on all aspects of housing law.

Paul Gilbert is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association.

As well as the types of housing problems mentioned above, we also offer a comprehensive Landlord service including the drafting of tenancy agreements and advice thereon, taking possession proceedings and arranging representation at any subsequent hearings.

We hold a franchise from the Legal Services Commission and legal aid may be available.
